For lease only services we charge 1 month's rent.

Full Service Property Management

Leasing Fee - 75% of one month's rent

Mgmt Fee - 10% per month of rent collected

Lease Renewal Fee - $250

Platinum Level Pricing

Leasing Fee - 75% of one month's rent

Mgmt Fee - 7% per month of rent collected
